Xchange is a peer-to-peer marketplace, so returns for change of mind are not accepted. Returns are only accepted within 48 hours from delivery in case of discrepancy with the item listing description (condition, photos, and description). To do so, please refer to the “My Orders” section, select the desired item and click on “Resolve An Issue”. Please keep in mind that this is the only way to request a return. We do not accept any returns via customer service email.
We protect you by transferring the proceeds of the sale to the seller, only once the delivery has been confirmed and after this 2-day window, during which you can submit any claims on the item if it is not as per the listing’s information. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label to the seller’s address. You will then have 5 days to ship the item back to the seller. If you fail to ship the parcel in those five days following the approval of the return, the sale will be confirmed and your payment will be transferred to the seller.
When buying from an Axel Arigato listing, please note that a special 30-day window to request a return applies.
