If an item is damaged during shipment, the buyer may request a refund within 30 days of receiving their item. In this case, the sale will be cancelled and you will be reimbursed for the value of your item by the courier. Refund time may vary depending on the courier in question.
Please note that to be reimbursed, you must have used the pre-paid shipping label provided and kept proof of postage. You should be prepared to provide pictures of the parcel and item sent as proof of courier liability. If you select the free shipping option, you are responsible for managing the dispute resolution with the courier.
