If your package seems to have been lost, please notify customer support, who will then get in contact with the courier. Please allow us 3-5 business days to contact the courier to confirm if the parcel has been lost. The courier can take up to 30 to 60 days to analyze a claim on international shipments. If the courier confirms that the parcel was lost by them, you will be fully reimbursed for the value of the item by the courier.
