Buyers will not be able to return items due to a change of mind. The only case in which buyers can request a return is when the item received does not match the product listing (condition, photos and description).
Buyers will have 48 hours from delivery to flag any issues with the item received. Photo evidence will be required to investigate the request. In case of any issues raised, we will reach out to you as a seller as well.
Complaints are managed on a case-by-case basis. If we verify the buyer’s claim, we will refund the buyer’s payment and send them a shipping label to return the item to you. All returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval to be eligible for a refund. The refund of the buyer’s payment will not take place until your item has been returned to you.
